Hello all you wonderful cooks of GT! I’m looking for some help. I’ve been invited to a cookout next weekend and have been asked to provide a side dish. And I’m in a mental block of what to make. So I come to you!

The details: The main course will be grilled chicken and ribs.

Macaroni/Potato Salad, a bean dish, and deviled eggs have already been claimed by other members of the family.


It needs to be able to travel ~2 hours and reheated/whatever with minimal fuss once I get there. If it can be prepped the day before, that’s even better.

I was thinking of something with broccoli or asparagus, but am open to other ideas.
