GT, what helps get you to sleep?
My brain's been working overtime lately, and I'm so tired. I still couldn't get to sleep until 1am last night. I'm always up by 6:30am because my dog is a morning creature, so that is unhelpful. I used to get to sleep by 10 each night, and these days I take melatonin, and occasionally have a cup of tea at night (placebo effect, but it seems to help). What remedies have you tried?
