I'm going to admit, I coming from a place of white hetero-privilege, but I am really interested if other people think she has the responsibility to be openly out?

I personally don't believe that it's her responsibility. If she has chosen to keep her private life private throughout her career, how is that detrimental? Isn't it more detrimental to equality efforts to demand she make her sexuality a part of her public persona if she doesn't want to? Doesn't she have the right to privacy of her sexual life if she chooses, just like any straight celebrity?

It just seems a double standard to me. If I am wrong, please let me know.
