I'm in my 30's, I should know better than to dive headfirst into flexibility training. I'm so sore that when I get up from my desk, I old man groan. And then I shakily need to get my footing before I limp anywhere.
But the spring dance season is coming soon and I've already committed to modern dance classes. Must. Persevere.
