Hey ya’ll how are you this chilly morning? So, I’ve decided to start some spin classes for weight loss and wondered how any of your experiences have been with spinning. Did it help shed or did you find it bulked you up a bit? I’ve been reading different experiences and that it does/doesn’t affect weight loss but I’d like to hear from anyone here what your experience was. I understand I’ve gotta start eating pretty healthy also in order to see some results. If you did, how long did you start seeing a difference. Thanks!
