Has anyone ever tried Stitch Fix? For those who don't follow mommy lifestyle blogs, it's a service where they send you five items of clothing in the mail that supposedly fit a personal style profile. You send back what doesn't work. I tried it for two months and it was a disaster. I have a pretty clear aesthetic (casual androgyny foiled by boobs), so I'm not quite sure why I thought that a stranger would be able to pick out clothes that 1) would fit, and 2) I would like. I even filled out a pinterest board with many casual, chic outfits. The clothes that they sent me were overpriced and either a bit mumsy or Kardashian-esque. In my last box, I got a pair of terribly tacky moto jeans, and a note saying that the stylist thought I'd like them. Ouch.

I was pulled in due to a brief obsession with monthly subscription boxes. The allure is fading. I canceled birchbox after I received my millionth sample of highlighter. So far, Glossybox has been the most consistently awesome. Thanks GT-ers for the rec!

In summary, I do not recommend Stitch Fix. Are there any boxes aside from Glossybox that are worth it?
