So I tried making some oxtail stock for ramen. It didn’t work out. I tried the Just One Cookbook recipe that I saw on youtube. It was flavorless aside from ginger. I followed the recipe and used the Instant Pot to make it. I decided to try to cook down the liquid by 1/2 add extra garlic and onion and a bullion cube. While the body on the stock was amazing it was damn near flavorless. I have no idea what I did wrong.

I’ve made oxtails before but it was for a curry like a recipe.
