When I get really stressed I start getting heart palpitations. I have PVC, premature ventricular contractions, and anxiety exacerbates the symptoms. It's unnerving and gets really really annoying. Work right now is just an overflowing well of stress. I think about it nonstop and I'm trying really hard to relax, but then I end up more stressed because I'm unsuccessful at relaxing. UGH.
What do you all do to reduce anxiety? I'm not big on pills and even really low doses of anti-anxiety meds knock me out or make me completely loopy and unable to work. Meditation has been difficult so I'm currently just powering through and trying to get enough sleep.
This is what I want to do,
and have my work magically finish itself.
