We've all got our horror stories and as someone who was dealing with invoices and insurance statements for more than a year after my c-section (with no complications), none of this is a surprise.

No. Kidding.

I don't know how the uninsured deal with this. Actually, given the rate of bankruptcies that result, it looks like a lot just flat-out can't.

Should be interesting to see what is resolved and what new problems might arise once ACA has traction.
