I’m going to petition my therapist to use this from now on. I finally got some decent sleep & am feeling pretty 👍 after spending much of last week like 🤣.
The weather has been amazing in Nashville & going for hikes in the fall foliage has helped my mood immensely. Today is cloudy & cold so I’ll be watching football & reading this afternoon. What’s new with you? Any big plans or just relaxing in your finest polyester, lol?
