So my diet change and calorie counting plus upping my walking means I’ve lost 4.5 pounds in 3/4 weeks. But I sprained my bad ankle, I posted here that I thought it was just my calf but in the following week my actual ankle has got progressively more painful and due to my ankle hurting and me strapping it up my knee tendinitis has flaired up again.

So next week I’ll be walking a lot less so I’m worried that my weightloss will slow down. I want to lose about 1 pound a week until for the next couple of months, that would put me at weight I was at 25.

I am cooking up my week’s lunches currently so that’s good.
