My husband has the babby fever and has **mostly** convinced me that I should get my IUD out. So how is it? When I had mine inserted it was very easy with minimal discomfort for a day or two.
I thought it was about time for another OT for today. How are things for you?
To all of you ladies (which I assume is quite a lot of you) who have experienced actual period cramps over the years.
I have a question for you ladies, but first some backstory.
I'm getting the Mirena!! I know there are a lot of happy IUD users on GT, and I have trolled through all of the past posts on IUDs to try to prep myself for this. But there is one thing I can't find an answer for.
Something happened to my IUD.
Not that you'd want to read any more on the subject...ScotusBLOG released this handy statpack. Most telling is where the men and women place here.
(Question is bolded toward the end of this post, if you don't feel like reading the rest, lol.)
OH MY GOD YOU GUYS I AM SO FUCKING CRAMPY TODAY. IT'S ALMOST LIKE THERE IS SOMETHING POKING MY UTERUS FROM THE INSIDE! PLEASE TELL ME IT'S NOT ALWAYS GOING TO BE LIKE THIS?
So as I mentioned, I got an IUD today and posted a picture my ultrasound of it to Facebook. I should say, I didn't moderate visibility of the post—it's available to anyone on my Facebook friends list, including friends, family members, colleagues, students, etc. I'm kind of shameless.
Does this mean I'm a cyborg?
