We’re going to my mom’s for Thanksgiving and we’re bringing Tofurky, salad, and dessert.
The salad will be a bed of spring greens, chili-maple roasted butternut squash, apples, a bit of sharp white cheese, craisins, and sweet and spicy pecans. Yum!
And Homey is making chocolate mint bars for dessert. It’s cute—he never bakes but he’s very proud of this recipe. He’s only made it once, maaaaaybe twice before, so fingers crossed!
Mom’s making prime rib for the meat eaters and she’ll have some yummy veggie sides and homemade rolls, probably deviled eggs and mashy tatoes. Should be good!
