The bad news is that my hair is thinning out again, because evidently that's what happens before new growth comes in. I just emailed my doctor to see if there's anything I can do to speed it along, but it just makes me feel so crappy and unattractive. I already take Biotin and vitamin D and iron and calcium and magnesium. I'm pretty sure there's zinc in one of my supplements. I've got the nutrition covered. I just don't feel so pretty right now. :(
