Welcome To The Bitchery

The headache is back....

I might just be dehydrated, but I don't think so. I had plenty of water before and during my workout this afternoon, but I might not have had enough after.

On the pain scale it's only like a 5 or 6, but it's enough that I don't want to do any work. The bigger issue, though, is that I'm scared the cycle of headaches from last week/the week before will come back.
