I'm in therapy for this and my homework this week is to walk by an ER entrance, talk to people about good doctor visits and why they were good, and to print up to 10 photos that are things I don't like at the doctor's office.
ER walk by went fine. A little anxious.
Right now I'm googling images and I nearly triggered a pass out. Deep breathing and I brought myself back but I probably should have known better when googling images for "hypodermic needle."
And it would be great if you guys could reply with positive hospital/doctor experiences and why it was positive.
Also before anyone offers my friend already offered to google search for me but I think part of the therapy is me doing it myself.
