Sprinkle turmeric on your fried eggs (or to any other egg preparation, I suppose). Because turmeric is a super magical, amazing spice, it turns red when cooked on an egg, and the contrast with the yellow yolk is pretty. Plus, it tastes good! Plus, turmeric is pretty good for you! This is the way my parents make fried eggs, and I remember that as a kid, I was so confused when they made it because I always thought, “Turmeric isn’t red, but this tastes like turmeric!” So yeah, DO ITTTT.
