I'm doing a juice cleanse this week. I'm hoping it will help me restart/kickstart a new lifestyle. I've had success with working out in the past, but I've always had trouble with my diet. I'm going to spend the week coming up with recipes and cleaning out my fridge etc, and then I'm planning on just not re-introducing certain things into my diet.
On the workout side, I asked my jock friend to suggest some supplements to kickstart my workouts. My issue is motivating myself to get up early, so I'm hoping these pre-workout supplements will give me the extra energy to get a good workout in the morning.
I'm excited! Fall is my favorite season for clothes, so I'm excited to get back into a place where I can feel good about my body when I'm shopping for clothes.
If anybody has any tips for motivation, workout ideas etc I would love to hear them!
