My phone won't stop ringing and my emails won't stop coming and I have to have a meeting with
the monsters who work for me my staff and I am not going to finish ANYTHING!
Our meetings always end up being a public airing of all grievances, me making lists and saying "too bad you can't have what you want" because my boss told me to do something which I probably already argued with them about on my staff's behalf. And I have to teach them to use a new piece of technology which is VERY LITERALLY the thing they are all the worst at.
