I just finished watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood tonight, and I don't have the words to describe how much more satisfying the ending to FMA:B is compared to the 2003 series.* I may or may not have sobbed through the last two episodes. Hiromu Arakawa knows how to write a damn good story.
*Yes, I'm aware that the 2003 series split from the manga, and they had to make up an ending, but I thought all of the stuff with Germany was beyond stupid. That was the best they could do?
I wanted to put this down here because spoilers, but I was kind of turned on by Scar doing real alchemy. That is all.
