And the rest will follow! Day 3 of the 21 day meditation experience—how’d you do?

I did my meditation first thing and I think it set me up well. Before I left the house, I’d smashed my funny bone, stepped in butter (don’t ask), and accidentally hit the “Panic” button on my car key and woke up the neighborhood! But, I kept reminding myself to gladden my heart, keep my heart glad, etc. and I stayed even keel the whole day.
