Ok, so, where I live it’s a funny time of year where the weather varies dramatically day by day, so I thought it would be a good time to start swimming again. The problem is, I have the worst technique. My freestyle is sloppy and inefficient and leaves me tired and annoyed. So — does anyone have any good tips for resources I could check out? Websites, blogs, videos? Drills or workout sequences that will help me become a stronger, more efficient swimmer?
