I was casually flipping through my firm's annual diversity committee report to the partners, and I came across this true gem of advice. I cannot believe that this was approved.

The memo is titled "5 Ways to Get Involved with [Firm] Diversity Initiatives".

ETA: To be clear, I'm not opposed to the intentions of this memo so much as I am appalled at the tone-deaf execution.
