So this is interesting. Since Perez won there’s been a campaign on the right to draw parallels between this and the whole Bernie/DNC/Hillary thing. Of course, led be their Fanta Overlord -
So...why is Trump so scared of Perez? I don’t know much about the man, so that’s an honest question.
I visit multiple websites/subs/forums and have seen all articles related to Perez basically brigaded this weekend. Mostly by the types who pretend to be progressive but are obviously just conservatives trying to start shit. That already happens to an extent, but it’s just so potent right now.
So what do you guys think? I suppose it could be an attempt to sabotage the left and throw a wrench in our resistance, since that obviously worked so well for them last time. But of course I can’t help but think there’s something else going on.
Also - I’ve noticed quite an uptick in Trump’s twitter followers. Last time I checked he was at 14m and now it’s 25m. I ran him through one of those audit sites and it says 6m are fake. But 16m is still a jump. This is how that site says they determine fakes -
Each audit takes a random sample of 5000 Twitter followers for a user and calculates a score for each follower. This score is based on number of tweets, date of the last tweet, and ratio of followers to friends. We use these scores to determine whether any given user is real or fake. Of course, this scoring method is not perfect but it is a good way to tell if someone with lots of followers is likely to have increased their follower count by inorganic, fraudulent, or dishonest means.
After the media ban I’m on more on edge about this kind of stuff. To me it’s propaganda for the internet age.
