Two health questions, two for the price of one.

a) This is about me. Is Melatinin (sp?) really good for sleep with no side effects?

b) CNN has reported a possible test to see if one can get Alzheimers. Would you take it? To me its kind a like knowing when you will die. I know it could help you prevent it. But still doctors are not 100 percent certain. For me answer is no.
