Among other things, she calls for investment in public-interest technologies, for instance less advertising-based, commercially driven search engine that is socially responsible, curated and informed by experts in information organization.

Her very important work is not mentioned in Pantene’s new “de-biased search engine” browser extension advertising gimmick.
