Seriously, guys, they are the worst. I just checked my bill and it is higher than last month. No warning whatsoever. I talked to customer service, and they said that Time Warner had made “price adjustments” on their services and equipment, and that it was all explained in my bill. Okay, dude, but you gotta let people know about this stuff BEFORE you make “price adjustments” (love that bullshit term for “we just feel like we could milk more out of these people”). It’s not the first time this has happened, and it’s so sneaky and underhanded. I can’t wait for Google Fiber (already installed where I live, they just need to activate it).

Anyone else have this experience with cable companies just deciding to increase your bill for no reason?
