So I’m now NOT expected to babysit this clusterfuck of a new hire for the rest of my life. Thank you, universe, and more importantly, my wonderful boss who takes me seriously when I say, “I need 5 minutes alone with you to discuss [person].” I didn’t go in there and be like, “ok fire this bitch.” I said, “these are my concerns, and I think we might need a contingency plan because I’m seeing some red flags here.”
