Vodka Infusing-I can't stop (I'm so excited! I'm so scared!)

So, after the strawberry rhubarb vodka was such a delicious success (perhaps too successful? See picture below), I have been consumed with what else I can cram into jars with booze.

I'm not sure what this says about me as a human, but the combination of drunk and crafts apparently is my wheelhouse. My current experiment is peaches and mint, and I think I'll do something with blackberries next...maybe with a hibiscus tea of some kind?


Anyone have any brilliant suggestions that I should try?

P.S. I know the mason jars are a little twee, but they are just so easy to fill, so don't judge.
