I really want to eat my yellowies now but they're cooling. These took two lemons worth of zest and I still didn't have enough for the frosting - so it was just lemon juice and a little lemon extract. They're beautiful and I topped them with yellow sugar sprinkles. I poured the frosting on while they were still hot so it seeeeeeeps into every crevice and crackles when finally cool.

They smell like heaven and I want them in my tummy right now.

ETA: I couldn't do it. These were warm and worth it.
