Happy Saturday, GT! What’s on your vagenda this weekend?

I’m on day 27 of my meditation streak (woot!) and I listened to a guided meditation this morning that I thought was really appropriate for a Weekend Vagenda thread. In this meditation, the guide asked:

  • What do you want to create today?
  • What do you want to experience today?
  • What do you want to feel today?

So, GTers, what do you want to create, experience, feel today?

My plans for the weekend are yoga, yardwork, grocery shopping, family time, REST!!!, and cuddle time. I hope to create a cleaner, more calming environment, experience sunshine on my shoulders, and feel happy, accomplished, and rested.
