Not related to my goals, I made espinacas con garbanzos for lunch and oh my god you should make it, too. Super easy. Took about 30-40 mins. Leftovers for 3 meals. A word of caution, if you don’t like spinach or chickpeas, this is not the dish for you.
Related to my goals - I flossed EVERY GODDAMNED NIGHT this week, I drank so much water this week while travelling, I sorted through my makeup samples (I even used some of them up!), and I had my suitcase unpacked within 3 hours of getting home. And I proofread this post before publishing it.
