Whatcha up to this week, GT?
Here are my goals this week:
1. Continue my flossing every night this week. I think it takes like 4 weeks to get a habit, I’ve completed 2 weeks.
2. Spend 15-20 minutes putting things away or cleaning each weekday. I had a good deep-clean a few weeks back and it’s starting to get messy again, I don’t want to spend a ton of my weekend cleaning, so this will help me out with that.
3. Eat at least 5 servings of veggies and fruits each day. I feel better when I don’t eat too much junk food.
4. Put the fucking laundry away.
