Weight Loss

So I used to eat food that I know wasn’t particularly healthy. While I was overweight I was not as overweight as I am now. That was about 3 years ago now. Overtime I stopped eating out as much and started eating very basic home meals. I’ve cut out soda. For the most part if have cut out snacks but I do occasionally have a snack cake or chips. Most days I have 2 eggs for breakfast and for dinner I have a chicken thigh and some frozen vegs. I don’t eat potatoes or rice and I try to not eat bread but I have lately. I know that I’m not eating much but my stomach is huge and it makes it hard for me to exercise. It makes it hard for me to walk without getting out of breath.

I know I should cut out the snacks but I’m not sure what else I can do to try to get my belly going in the right direction. I’m really just tired of it.
