So a family member is all excited about some supplement from the fitness store that prevents sunburns. Supposedly it’s like totes the strongest antioxidant on the market and ingesting it prevents your body from getting sunburned.
Of course, you have to take it for at least 3-4 weeks before you build enough up in your system to see results.
(mind you, the thought that in this time you might build up a tan from being outside is just apparently crazy)
I mean, I’m all cool with upping your antioxidants and being all healthy with your diet. But I wonder if all that happens (if anything) from this supplement is you have less redness but still get all the sun damage.
