Yeah, I know, send them to you. :) A friend and I hosted a party, and as per usual we cooked as if 100 people were coming but there were...20? 30? What always gets neglected in that scenario is dessert.

I made these badass lime cupcakes that are just fucking great, and I don't want to get rid of them, but I can't eat a bunch of cupcakes. I have exhausted all possibilities as far as dumping them off on someone or bringing them to work (no one at work will eat them probably - don't ask).


Is there some way to keep them...? I was thinking I could mash them into cake balls, glaze them, and freeze them? I don't know. FOOD PEOPLE HELP.

UPDATE: I feel the need to spread the good news of these cupcakes: I made a basic yellow cake recipe but substituted some of the water for lime juice, and threw a bunch of lime zest in there. The frosting was just home-whipped cream, a can of condensed and sweetened milk, and some lime juice (like 1/2 cup or something - significant) and zest. And they are magnificent.
