What are we eating, GT?

I just made the tastiest, easiest stir fry. I marinated chicken breast cubes in Trader Joe’s Island soyaki sauce, then I cooked them with a shit load of garlic and fresh ginger, a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables, fresh orange, yellow and red peppers, and more of the soyaki. SO. GOOD. OMG.

I measured the rice wrong and totally screwed that up, but the stir fry is great.
