What are we eating this week?

I’m being lazy and making burrito bowls for lunch all week. Good way to get more veggies into my diet after the carb party that the past 7 days have been, too.

I am excited about the clementines I get to snack on this week. Also the Puffins cereal from Trader Joe’s. It’s been a lot of snacking since... well... before Thanksgiving and I need to scale that back. Puffins cereal is a good snackey food but better than chips, etc.
