Zero bad-for-me-things. I ate and drank like a terrible college kid this weekend. Quite literally nothing good for me. Do you think I can be healthy all the way til Thanksgiving or is attempting that when we're in the midst of a move (we close/move next Friday) wishful thinking?
Also, what are your favorite healthy foods? I tend to go for carrots but obviously I cannot eat carrots alone for over a week (lest I turn orange).
