This seems insanely complicated to me.

I’ve been making it a habit to keep a regular journal lately to do a combination of a mindfulness journaling and inane rambling daily.

The things I keep track of are as follows:

Things I feel grateful for

Things I accomplished

Goals for tomorrow

How I feel today

I wanted to get a more substantial journal/book to keep all of my stuff in, so I got a knockoff Midori/Travelers journal and immediately fell down the BuJo/journal community rabbit hole. Colored tape! Artwork! Pictures! Watercolors? I use my phone for actual planner stuff like appointments, because it has reminders and connects to maps, so the traditional bullet journal stuff isn’t for me. I use all of my (many) other notebooks for meeting notes at work or at org stuff.
