I just feel like being silly. Mine are very specific.

1) Kasundi:


Best with deep-fried/slightly burnt spiced foods, like my mom's minced chicken kebabs and the $2 bag of spinach pakoras in the freezer section of the Indian store.

2) Maggi ketchup

This has NO high fructose corn syrup which means it TASTES LIKE TOMATOES, A CLEARLY NOVEL CONCEPT. It goes well with samosas (also bought at the Indian store), but I also like it with soggy french toast (french toast made with sandwich bread DRIPPING in egg/milk).

3) Ranch dressing


With pizza crusts most often, BUT ALSO WITH CORNBREAD.
