What are y’all watching on the TV/Netflix/Amazon/dozens of other options these days?

I’m currently obsessed with Indian Summers on PBS. From my mom’s description (she recommended it to me) and the opening scenes, I was worried it was going to be a show about beautiful white people in 1930s India, with the accompanying Indians as an afterthought. But so far the show has done a wonderful job of exploring the politics/individual lives of its Indian characters during a tumultuous time in the country’s history, and no one really emerges as a hero or villain.

If you’re into (or were into, IMO it has lost some if its luster) Downton Abbey, this hits the epic period piece soap-ish spot. The dialogue isn’t quite as clever, and there’s no Dowager Countess, but then again, this extremely attractive gentleman may make up for that:
