We haven’t had one of these for a while and I actually cooked today so here goes!

Even though it’s ungodly hot out, I cooked over the stove and made pan seared pork chops with apples, parsleyed potatoes, and green beans. It is delicious. I may not be a sweet baker, but I can cook a mean pork chop multiple ways.
