I was having super weird thoughts in lab (of the suicidal ideation nature, don't want to go into detail), and then I realized it was nearly 8 pm and all I'd had to eat today was a granola bar, coffee, a ham and swiss sandwich, and a can of coke. Yet I'm not feeling all that hungry...just loopy. I made myself eat a can of green beans but I'm not sure if that's enough for the day. Should I eat something else?

I've been teaching from 8:45-2:40 and then was in lab until 8ish. I need to field some emails from students about an online problem set due at midnight, where there's one problem that's way harder than anything I would expect at this level (it's a complicated integral involving error functions and calculus isn't actually required for this class), so I do still have to think and such tonight.

So Groupthink...help me decide what to eat!

ETA: Thanks! I ate a bowl of chicken noodle soup and guzzled some shredded cheese and I already feel better. I'll probably keep nibbling on cheese periodically. :)
