All work in an office is collaborative by nature. But I tend to work best independently, then come back for check-ins to make sure everything is on track and moving forward. I get along with people just fine, and I like having a team to bounce ideas off of, but at the end of the day, I want to close the door to my office, and get my work done.

But I don't think that's the answer people are looking for. So how do I spin that?
