I've been on a Tanzanian food kick this week. Made pilau and kachumbari last week, and today went with a nice supu viazi - potato soup. It's a tomato and coconut milk broth. It's not soup weather yet, but I'm trying to bring it on. Tasty, cheap, and brings back memories.

What's everyone else cooking on this fine Sunday?

pic (not mine):

(I swear the Tanzanian cravings started because I talked to someone there on the phone last week. Since then, I've had Swahili that I thought I'd forgotten in my head and started wanting the food again. Brains are weird.)
