I'm going to make a brie-grilled chicken-lingonberry preserves grilled sandwich, mainly because I got it into my head that that's what I wanted and my taste buds will hate me if I don't (even if I'm whining in my head that it's sooo much effort). A wilted spinach salad on the side should go well with that, no? If I'm going to make an effort, I might as well go whole hog.

But I'm breaking out the gin first.

ETA: for dessert, I had a wedge of mooncake and oolong tea. And for second dessert (like second breakfast), I'm eating a chocolate-coconut ganache, raspberries, and homemade whipped cream. (For someone who didn't want to go through any effort, I put a lot of effort into my dinner.)
