Well, I made the zucchini. While I don’t have any gastrointestinal issues eating it, turns out I don’t like it.

Not the flavor, nor the texture (I sauteed it in olive oil and fresh herbs).

I am disappointed now that I have some leftovers to eat. Luckily I only bought 1 small zucchini and 1 small yellow squash, so I don’t have that much left over. Hoping adding some feta might help cover up the flavor at least.

I have the same reaction every time I eat kale. I know everyone swears by it, but nope, not my jam.
