As you know, I've had a long day. But before it got long and terrible, I was helping my boss put up this awesome NASA stuff we got. It has a basic (paper) frame that you put up and you can swap out the monthly stuff they send - I was geeking out pretty hard on it. I found the top and bottom parts of the frame but asked my boss where the two side pieces were.

"Oh, I asked (coworker) to flatten them yesterday. They should be around here somewhere."

Yeah, they were. We discovered that he'd placed a ream of paper on them to flatten them WHILE THEY WERE STILL ROLLED. Why would anyone think that is what "Can you flatten this?" means?
