Who here has some hints for staying asleep?

I can go to sleep. Used to be 11:00-midnight, but it’s gradually crept to the point where I can fall asleep as early as 9:00, if I try.

But I can’t seem to stay asleep. This morning I was awake at 3:00. OK, so 5-6 hours of sleep, not bad, but the lag hits me around 8:00-9:00, and that is a problem.
